Join us in celebration of one of the two moments in the year where the hours of light and dark are in balance.  We will share a restorative yoga practice to balance the inhalation and the exhalation, chant 108 rounds of the Gayatri Mantra and sit in meditation. Yogis of all levels are welcome (chanting + meditation free to class card holders).
