Learn how to use yoga to take care of your back issues. In this 4-part series, you will find ways to release chronic muscular tension, stretch and strengthen leg, back and core muscles and establish new patterns of movement that will restore your body. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Join us in celebration of one of the two moments in the year where the hours of light and dark are in balance.  We will share a restorative yoga practice to balance the inhalation and the exhalation, chant 108 rounds of the Gayatri Mantra and sit in meditation. Yogis of all levels are welcome (chanting + meditation free to class card holders).
