Ondine is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with more than 300 hours of training and 15 years of study. She is also an artist and art teacher (BFA, York University) who, grateful for the inner peace that art and Yoga have given her, and being one with the process of creating and practicing, is thrilled to share the beauty of truly being in the moment. Ondine’s classes focus on breathing, stretching and really opening up the body, creating flexibility, confidence and body awareness. Most of all she aims to have you leaving calm, refreshed and centered.
