Our intention for these videos is to support you in your personal practice, especially during times when you might not be able to make it to class. As we prepare to wind down for the holiday break, we offer you our Deep Peace Mini-Practice with music created for us by Shunyabhai. It is a guided 20-minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of deep and complete rest that relaxes the body, calms the nervous system and connects us to the more subtle levels of our being.
