Yoga for Young Adults with Tori Hellrung

Wednesdays 8-9:30pm A playful practice for beginner and intermediate students ages 16-25. It features various flows and postures to explore your body’s potential and increase your joy. Regular class cards apply and no pre-registration is required for this class.

Eye of the Tiger Practices

Eye of the Tiger is a 3-hour guided practice for students with an extensive yoga background. Students must be able to kick unassisted into handstand at the wall and push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms. A regular yoga practice is expected.
